In December of 2005 I traveled to Sokoto Nigeria to shoot a documentary for Ideas Inc out of Washington DC. Our mission was to get some positive messages out about Sokoto's Governor Bafarawa.
We interviewed many of the area's leaders including The Sultan of Sokoto who was just killed in a tragic plane crash out of Abuja, Nigeria.
